The City of Milwaukee's Fourth of July Festivities
Milwaukee has long celebrated the Fourth of July with community events throughout the city, a tradition dating back to 1911. In 2025, Milwaukee will once again celebrate this great American holiday with parades, picnics, games, talent contests, fireworks and more!
The Milwaukee Fourth of July Commission has selected the 2025 Theme: Joining Hands in Unity

Free family fun!
9:15am Parade Assembly – 3575 S. 88th St.
Bikes and more will be in the parade at 9:45am; come with them
decorated with this year’s theme visibly stated!
9:45am Parade March to Alcott – 3751 S. 97th St.
10:30am Flag Ceremony, Cannon Salute, and Passing out Ice Cream
11:00am Kids Games
11:30am Teen and Adult Games
11:30am Bike Judging and Awards, Crafts for Kids
12:00pm Pull Raffle
Free Hot Dogs to Follow for the First 300 People
1:00pm Talent Contest
8:30pm 50/50 Raffle Drawing – Tickets Sold All Day
9:15pm City of Milwaukee Fireworks
