Charlotte WestieFest has worked hard to create an inclusive dance event that has always welcomed people from diverse and varied backgrounds … with respect to demographics as well as types of dance.

CWF welcomes every community member regardless of their race, age, sexual orientation, gender/gender identity, disability, physical appearance, and/or religion.

We continue to be committed to creating an event environment based on treating people equitably with dignity, respect and courtesy.  As such, we strive to ensure the safety and well-being of every attendee through a shared responsibility with every member of our dance community.

10-for-$10’s Session from 2:30 – 4:00 pm
Royston Intensive: 3:00 – 6:00 pm
Strictly Swing Competitions (Leveled) at 7:30 pm (Registration Cut-Off at 6:30 pm)
Social Dancing in multiple ballrooms throughout the day and evening
Fusion Room – Workshops & Late-Night Dancing in Lakeview Ballroom
Latin Room at CWF – Workshops & Late-Night Social Dancing in Glenwaters Ballroom
JT Swing Team Practice at 11:00 pm (Walden Break-Out Room)
Switch Role Strictly Swing Contests at Midnight in 2nd Ballroom (Lakeshore)
