Schedule:

9:30am:  Registration opens
11:00am:  Start of 5K and 5-Mile races
12:00noon:  Start of kids' run on the beach (FREE, but registration required)

Course Info:

The course is on flat, fast roads along Atlantic Avenue.  The 5K will turn around near Weekapaug Bridge; 5 Mile course continues along the ocean through Weekapaug before returning to Atlantic Avenue.  Both courses are USATF certified.  Timing by SNERRO.

Awards:

Overall: Top male and female (2025 only:  $50 cash to male and female winners in 5K and 5M races!)
Age Groups: Winner (male & female) in each of:  13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+

Cost:

- Early  registration (up to Mar 23):  $25 adults, $20 age 18 and under
- Regular registration (Mar 24 - Apr 12):  $32 adults, $27 age 18 and under
- Race day registration (Apr 13):  $37 adults, $32 age 18 and under

$5 discount to all WTAC members, $2 discount to all Mohegan Striders
Shirts: included if registered by Mar 23; afterwards first-come, first-serve
