Whether you're running or walking , the course offers a great way to celebrate Independence Day with family and friends. Kick off your Independence Day with a healthy start . The 2025 race returns to its roots, starting at Clermont City Hall, the site of the first-ever Freedom 5K in 2020. Check out the new course below—less trail, more fun! Can't make it in person? Awards Ceremony: The awards ceremony will take place around 8:45 AM. Categories include:
Top 3 Male and Female Overall
Top Male and Female Masters (40+)
Top Male and Female Grand Masters (50+)
Top 3 Male and Female in 5-year age groups (9 & under to 75+)
Awards must be picked up during the ceremony and will not be held post-race.
Each award is a unique living art piece, created by LiveTrends Design Group, blending nature with design.
