This exclusive dinner brings together SC Chef Ambassador Chris Williams, Foodways Expert Amethyst Ganaway, and Chef Instructor Kevin Mitchell from the Culinary Institute of Charleston to celebrate the deep influence of Gullah roots on Southern cooking.
