Join Interpretive Rangers on this guided bike-and-hike to learn more about the rich history of conservation efforts along Mason Neck and the Potomac River. The trip will start and end at the Mason Neck State Park’s High Point Multi-Use Trailhead (near the picnic area), and combine a bike ride along the High Point Multi-Use Trail (part of the Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail) with a hike on the Marsh View Trail. Roundtrip distances are 3.2 miles of biking and 0.5 miles of hiking.

All ages welcome, but bicyclists should be able to independently start, stop, and steer and maintain a 7-8 mph pace. Bring your own bike in good working condition, a helmet and lock, as well as water. Participants will be required to wear helmets while bicycling. This program is limited to 8 participants. Registration is required.
