The Conway Kids’ Triathlon is a great experience for kids ages 6-15. The event kicks off with a pool-swim in the University of Central Arkansas HPER Center. The athletes take on a flat course with their bikes, with a scenic bridge route for the older kids (see below). They wrap up this triathlon with a flat out-and-back run to the spectators cheering them on at the finish line! This event also features an adapted division in partnership with Community Connections.

We are excited to announce that the Conway Kids’ Triathlon is now part of the Race the Ozarks Youth Triathlon Series! This brand-new, six-race series promotes healthy lifestyles, builds community, and fosters athletic development across Northwest Arkansas, Central Arkansas, and Southwest Missouri.

Course Info:

Age is based on your age on 12/31/2025 – whatever your age is as of 12/31/2025 will be your race age. If you are under 6 years old, you can compete in the 6-year-old division.

Age 6-10:  50 yd. swim |  2-mile bike  |  1/2 mile run

Awards:

All participants who finish will receive a finishing medal.  The top 3 male and female participants in each division (age 6-10 and age 11-15) will receive a special award.
