The Monmouth County Park System is hosting its annual Creative Arts Festival from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Thompson Park, Lincroft. This celebration of the arts features more than 50 specially selected artists in a variety of mediums such as pottery, painting, jewelry, and more. The event encompasses the grounds of the Creative Arts Center and two beautiful historic barns. This family-friendly festival also includes live music, engaging art demonstrations, and children’s art-based activities.

Outdoor musical performances include The Band of the Two Rivers, Kϋld d’Sack, and Chuck Lambert. Indoor performances hosted by Musicians on a Mission. Art demonstrations include:

- Stained Glass with Kate Grady from 12-2 p.m.
- Wire Wrap Jewelry with Sandy Lupo from 2-4 p.m.
- Advanced Pottery Forms with John Fossa (ongoing)
- Large Sculpture with Konstantin Zingerman (ongoing)
- Anthony Cappetto with 3D Chalk Art (ongoing)

Children are invited to contribute to the community mural and make crafts. The event will also feature food trucks. Admission and parking for the festival are free.
