The Culver Lakefest team is an all-volunteer, non-profit group committed to giving back to the Culver Community by raising funds to plan and host a weekend of family-friendly activities and entertainment, and by offering opportunities for community groups, civic organizations and businesses to raise funds to help them achieve their goals.
Schedule:
4:00 p.m: Food, Arts, Crafts, Commercial Booths, and Games - Until 10 pm
4:00 p.m: Kids Zone - Kids games and activities, snacks, changing station and more.

The Roy Shepard Memorial Fund was established in 2024 to honor the legacy of Roy Shepard, a beloved and deeply involved member of the Culver community. Roy played a vital role in revitalizing Culver, helping to attract new businesses and serving as the first president of the Culver Lakefest an event he helped found and which has become a cherished local tradition. His passion for community extended far beyond economic development; Roy was also a talented musician who performed in several bands and contributed for many years as a percussionist in the Maxinkuckee Players theatre productions. The Roy Shepard Memorial Fund celebrates Roy’s enduring love for music and his lasting contributions to the cultural and civic life of Culver.
