Sound Healing Concert with Suren Shrestha

This amazing sound healing concert uses singing bowls to create sound vibrations to the heal the body, mind, and soul. The singing bowls are tranquility bowls designed to emit musical notes that harmonize an individual’s energy. Each individual has a unique vibration or energy field that signifies overall health and well-being. However, due to lack of proper care, the body can fall out of harmony and lead to various kinds of illnesses. In such cases, sound and vibration waves using Himalayan Singing Bowls can be used effectively to heal individuals. The soothing sounds energize the body’s cells through deep relaxation and resonance by elevating the energy levels from low (due to anger, resentment, depression, etc.) to high (experience inner peace, calm, and sense of balance). Participants will experience deep relaxation in the therapeutic environment expertly guided by Master Suren Shrestha. Do not miss this opportunity. Come with your yoga mats to lie down to the magic of sound and vibration therapy.

When: Saturday, JUNE 22nd 5:30pm CST

Ayurvedic Workshop on Journey to Wellness – Integrating Ayurveda & Holistic Living

Ayurveda originates for the Sanskrit word “Ayur” which means life, and veda, which means the science or knowledge. Hence, Ayurveda is referred to as “The Science of Life.” The practice of Ayurveda originated in India and utilizes a natural method to cure diseases. The fundamental premise of Ayurveda is the integration of the physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being of individuals. All aspects of the body and mind are simultaneously addressed as opposed to isolating ailments by organs or parts of the body. Additionally, the approach is not to suppress the symptoms, but to understand and eliminate the root cause of an ailment, identified by imbalances in one’s doshas or the principle energies of the body.

When: Saturday, JUNE 22nd 2:30pm CST
