Join us for an Easter Mindfulness Hike through the beautiful trails of Stephen F. Austin State Park, where we’ll practice mindfulness exercises and explore the natural beauty around us.
The hike will cover 1-1.5 miles with a few hills, providing a moderate challenge while allowing you to focus on the present moment and the tranquility of nature. Our guide will lead you through the park, encouraging you to connect with the surroundings—whether it’s the sound of birds, the rustling of leaves, or the scent of fresh air. This hike is open to all ages and skill levels and is a perfect way to rejuvenate your spirit on Easter morning.
Whether you’re new to mindfulness or an experienced practitioner, this peaceful hike offers a chance to slow down and reflect, while appreciating the serenity of the natural world.

What to Bring:
Comfortable walking shoes (with good traction for steep hills)
Water to stay hydrated
Weather-appropriate clothing
Sunscreen and bug spray
A blanket or small cushion for sitting (optional)
