Join The Elizabethton Parks and Recreation Department for a full afternoon of FREE fun featuring inflatables, pageants, and performances along with an evening of music and fireworks to celebrate Independence Day!

This year, due to the ongoing repair of the Broad Street Bridge, the celebration will be held at Citizens Bank Stadium, 907 Jason Witten Way, Elizabethton, TN. Food trucks will be available all day.

A full breakdown of the event is as follows:

4:30 P.M. - Little Miss Firecracker Pageant- This beauty pageant is for all ages in six different age categories. Registration is ongoing now.

6:00 P.M. - Dancer's Dreams Performing Arts Academy, Covered Bridge Cloggers, and Angel Steps Team Performance

7:00 P.M. - Patriotic Opening Ceremony

7:30 P.M.- The Chain - America’s Premiere Fleetwood Mac Cover Band, takes the stage for a fun-filled concert, sponsored by Doubletree By Hilton Johnson City. This high-energy band is one you won't want to miss!

Approx. 9:30 - Enjoy an incredible Fireworks Finale to close out the evening!

We are excited to host Magic Mirror Skin Art who will be offering face painting during the event as well as the food trucks who will be on site throughout the duration of the event. Food trucks serving include: Good Karma Kettle Corn, Sideshow Station Concessions, Tin Can Diner, Cardinal Kitchen, Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ, Appalachian Ice, Diggy Donuts, Trucky Cheese, Rockin’ Rivet Pizza, Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee, and Whatsthescoop Mac Shack
