Freedom Fest is a series of fun and competitive events to honor all Veterans

Founded in 2003 by Emporia Main Street and soldiers of the Kansas National Guard, the mission of Freedom Fest is to honor all Veterans and their families through a series of competitive, physical and community gathering events. Events include a run/walk, cycling rides, disc golf tournament, foot march, and warrior spur triple challenge. Freedom Fest is held annually in November on the Saturday before Veterans Day. All events start and end at the All Veterans Memorial in Emporia, Kansas.

Fantastic Cause
We donate our proceeds to fund a variety of causes, including soldier care packages, scholarships, honor flights for Veterans, memorial parks, and more.
