Energy for Life is not just an event; it's a powerful movement bringing together the mitochondrial disease community and their families and friends in cities across America, all rallying behind a shared cause of eliminating mitochondrial disease.

Every dollar raised at Energy for Life events helps fund mitochondrial disease research, education, and advocacy, while supporting and connecting mito families. Last year, Energy for Life Events brought in over a half a million dollars, money that is crucial in charting a course toward treatments and eventual cures.

8:30 am - 5K Run Starts
8:30 am - Walker Registration, Music, Activities
9:45 am - Opening Ceremony & Runner Awards
10:00 am - 1 Mile Walk Starts
11:00 am - Closing Ceremony
