10:00 am-12:30 pm - Grow and Graze at Camilla Kitchen

Join us for a delightful morning of exploration and culinary inspiration at the downtown Greenville farmer’s market. You will meet at M. Judson Booksellers before taking a guided stroll through the market led by local chefs and farmers. Along the way, these local ingredient experts will share insightful tips and tricks for what they look for when shopping the market.

After gathering your treasures from the market, you will head back to Camilla Kitchen to savor a seated family-style lunch featuring dishes expertly crafted by Chefs Katie Cheney and Teryi Youngblood, showcasing ingredients sourced directly from the market. As you graze on each fresh dish and sip on refreshing wines, the chefs will demonstrate the recipes, creating a truly immersive and intimate experience.

12:00-4:00 pm- Feast by the Field at Fluor Field at the West End
Price: $100

Feast by the Field is a must for seasoned euphoria attendees and newcomers alike! Whether you want to sample to your heart’s content from chefs, breweries, winemakers, and regional distillers, learn some new techniques from cooking demos on the US Foods Eat and Sip stage, enjoy brews and bites courtesy of Lowes Foods, or celebrate 10 years of the SC Chef Ambassador program while enjoying local ingredients, there’s truly something for all of the cocktail enthusiasts, food lovers, and music aficionados. It wouldn’t be euphoria without live music, so sit back and imbibe, as our largest tasting event is the perfect Saturday (and Sunday) fun-day!

12:30-2:00 pm- Champagne Wishes and Caviar Dreams at The Champions Club at Fluor Field

Get ready for nothing but the finest at this master class in caviar and Champagne pairings. An international sommelier courtesy of Mission Grape and Petrossian will impart some delicious knowledge as you savor every epic bite and sip. When the bubbly essence of the Champagne pairs with the smooth tastes of Petrossian caviar, you’ll be wishing, and dreaming, for more of this perfect pairing!

1:00-2:00 pm - Prost at The Whale
Price: $50

Step inside The Whale to explore beer’s integral role in German gastronomy. Delve into the regional varieties and centuries-old traditions that define German beer culture while savoring a range of brews with perfectly paired bites. Prost!

2:00-3:00 pm - Call Me Old Fashioned at Juniper
Price: $65

Do you like things the old-fashioned way? In this hands-on classroom, the team at Juniper will teach you all about the components and process of perfectly stirring an Old Fashioned using bold, balanced bourbons. These spirits are strong, and the fun will be even greater as you enjoy your creation and the rooftop views of our beautiful city of Greenville.

2:30-3:30 pm - Express Your Fillings at Le Petit Croissant
Price: $65

Fruity and fresh or rich and chocolatey, step into Le Petit Croissant for a class with Chef Chad Mundt on all things tarts! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn about these French pastries’ classic techniques and versatility. From making and working with the dough to picking your perfect fillings, you will be guided by an expert French pastry chef on how to make the perfect tarts.

3:00-4:30 pm - Grows Together, Goes Together at The Community Tap
Price: $65

At this ultimate wine and cheese pairing, learn how what grows together, goes together. Certified cheese professional, Neil Winter, and owner of The Community Tap, Ed Buffington, are taking you on a vino voyage. As each bite of cheese is perfectly matched with a wine from the same region, you will taste the effects terroir has on the flavors, notes, and balance of each pairing.

3:00-4:30 pm - Reign of the Terroir at The Champions Club at Fluor Field

Go on a journey of terroir at this one-of-a-kind master class all about highly coveted old-world versus new-world wines. From the flavor profiles to the environment, sip along and listen to the stories behind an expertly curated lineup courtesy of an international sommelier and the Mission Grape team. Get ready for unprecedented access as you learn about similar varietals from different regions, and embark on a journey to answer how the terrior reigns.

3:00-4:00 pm - Where to Be-gin at Vault and Vator

Step inside Vault and Vator and go on a fun exploration of North Carolina distilled gin. In this hands-on class, you will sample multiple styles of gin from Durham Distillery, learn about their unique flavor profiles, and create your own gin-based cocktail. 5:00 pm - It’s No Mi(so) Steak at Halls Chophouse

Located in the heart of downtown, Halls is the perfect place for an upscale Asian steakhouse-inspired menu featuring guest chef, Addison Stone. It’s no mi(so)-steak that this unforgettable evening will be paired with exceptional wines, so get ready for an intimate dinner to remember!

5:30 pm - Oh My Cod at The Loft at Soby’s

Shellebrate good times! Join us at The Loft at Soby’s for a delectable, seafood-inspired dinner featuring Chefs Brant Tesky and Keith Rhodes utilizing the freshest ingredients. This elegant space will transform into a night of intimate and elevated dining inspired by our coastal waters. As you savor each devine dish, your glass will be filled with perfectly paired wines.

6:00 pm - Seeing Stars
Soby’s New South Cuisine

Expect stars to collide at the ne plus ultra of euphoria dinners. It will be as if you are dining at three different Michelin-starred restaurants at once when Curtis Duffy (two-star Ever), Johnny Spero (one-star Reverie), James Bingham (two-star Moody Tongue) collaborate with local chefs Nico Abello and Kyle Swartzendruber to create an unforgettable menu. This dinner is your chance to experience a once-in-a-lifetime meal-with wines to match courtesy of Wine Access-executed by some of the best chefs in the business. 6:30 pm - Sweet Home Carolina at The Lazy Goat

Chefs Beau Owens and Brandon Carter are teaming up on a menu where each bite celebrates South Carolina’s rich culinary heritage and vibrant agricultural landscape. Your glass will be filled with expertly paired wines as you dine on each bountiful course.

6:30 pm - Speak-easy to Me at Urban Wren
Price: $175

Step inside Urban Wren, where Chefs Austin Yancey and John Ondo will serve up a roaring good time. They’ll be accompanied by a performance from The Jamie Wright band, with a jazzy setlist that will transport you to the 1920s. With wine and cocktail pairings to boot, these culinary and musical enthusiasts will serve up a meal and a performance that will speak-easy to you!

7:00 pm - An Unbeetable Fusion at The 07

You’ll get plenty of greens-and other veggies too-at this plant-based dinner, held in the new restaurant located in the Base Camp complex, The 07. Local chef Jennifer Barone and Asheville’s Nick Barr will team up to bring you an unbeetable fusion at this outside-the-box dinner. Vegetable focused; seasonally inspired plates; carefully curated wine pairings – these are a few of our favorite things.

7:00 pm - Unexpected Expectations at Woodside Bistro

Expect the unexpected at this multi-course dinner at Woodside Bistro, as Chefs Ken Frazier and Steve Zurkey (Anchorage) bring a twist to modern classic fare.
