Race the Region invites everyone to celebrate Father’s Day with a 5K Run/Walk or a 10K Run on the beautifully shaded Duneland Prairie Trail. This urban trail offers a flat, fast course, perfect for runners and walkers of all levels.

Enjoy the natural beauty of the trail as you race under a canopy of trees, making it a scenic and refreshing way to start your special day. Whether you're racing for a personal best or simply enjoying the outdoors, this is the perfect Father's Day workout.

Schedule:

All participants are required to register online.  Online registration will continue to be available until 7:25 a.m. on race day
10K Run Start - 7:30 AM
5K Run/Walk Start - 7:45 AM

Award Collection:

- Awards can be claimed within 14 days following the event at The Extra Mile Fitness Co., 3400 Calumet, Valparaiso, IN 46383.
- Unclaimed awards after 14 days will be donated or recycled.
- Race shirts not picked up on or before race day are not guaranteed.

Finisher Perks:
All participants will receive a finisher's medal and have the option to snag a unique race shirt to commemorate the event.
