CBC + Ecstatic Dance

8:30 PM Contact Beyond Contact (CBC)

9:30 PM Ecstatic Dance

Millar Lodge

Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) is a heart-opening movement journey blending Qigong, Contact Improvisation, and Authentic Movement - creating space for deep connection, presence, and exploration. In this immersive workshop, we’ll move together in ways that build trust, safety, and awareness. Through a mix of guided exercises and free-form dance, you’ll explore new ways of relating - not with words, but with your body, breath, and energy. CBC invites you to explore the subtle language of movement - where every step, stillness, and sensation becomes a form of communication. It's a space to move, reflect, and be seen just as you are. No experience needed - just bring your open heart and a willingness to explore.

Ecstatic Dance is a safe, sacred space to express yourself through dance - no steps to follow, no judgment, just music and movement from the heart. Let go and tune in to your body. We begin with a grounding warm-up and ease into a dynamic wave of sound, curated to take you on a journey of emotion, energy, and expansion.  Some guidelines for this container include: no talking on the dance floor- respect the space, shoes off - feel the earth, and come as you are - substance-free / sober. All ages & bodies welcome.

Authentic Relating Games

With so much unspoken communication through movement this weekend, let’s take some time to talk, make new friends, and build real connections! Join us for an evening of fun, heart-opening exercises (aka games) designed to boost your emotional intelligence and strengthen your relationship with yourself and others. Expect laughter, meaningful conversations, and a chance to be truly seen and heard in a playful, welcoming space. No partner or experience needed-just bring your curiosity, an open heart, and your authentic self!

Sensual Yoga

8:30 PM - Cottage Lawn

Sensual yoga is a embodied form of yoga that emphasizes one's attunement to the environment by using all five senses while also connecting with breath, sound and movement. The movement is slow, rhythmic, and intuitive. Our intention is to focus more on the sacral chakra -our energetic seat of creative potential and pleasure. Unlike traditional yoga where we move the body through linear planes this practice is nonlinear, moving in circles, waves, and spirals. This practice has its lineages in vinyasa yoga, kundalini, dance, and Qigong. Free expression and intuitive movement are encouraged and celebrated. Let us love the bodies we live in and open ourselves to more pleasure.

This class is available to all bodies whether this is your first movement class, or you are a seasoned mover. You will need a yoga mat and or a blanket and a playful spirit.
