A Weekend of Holiday Fun!

Festival of Trees is a fun and festive event and is the perfect way to kick off your holiday season! A two-day extravaganza with events everyone in the family will enjoy! The festival's grand finale is a Live Auction, which will dazzle you!

Schedule of Events:

9:00 am - 3:00 pm: Silent Auction (during Dinner and Auction starting at 5:00 pm)

The annual Festival of Trees Silent Auction is full of specialty items including handcrafted products, baked goods, tickets, memberships, or customized baskets. This fundraiser is where you make a donation and bring some awesome items home as a result! Shop for Christmas, goodies for Thanksgiving, or a gift for that new grandchild.

Sign up in advance and enjoy electronic bidding using ClickBid while at the event, from home, or both. With ClickBid you can view and place bids on favorite items with your smartphone, tablet, or computer. When the auction closes, you will automatically be charged for the items you won. You can pick up your items at the event or a designated time.

So, join in the fun with our bidding software and never get outbid again. Bidding will open at a later date.

Silent Auction closes 15 minutes after the conclusion of the Live Auction.

Stop in to the Holiday Shoppe to get some of your Christmas Shopping done! Vendors,  Make & Takes, experiences, and demos.

9:00 AM - 3:00 PM: North Pole Play Zone!

We are so excited to introduce the North Pole Play Zone-an entire room devoted to Festive Fun for the younger members of your family!

The room will include Bounce Houses, Balloon Artists, Coloring Stations, Santa and Mrs. Clause, and More!

9:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Horse-Drawn Wagon Rides

Take a ride through the Fair Grounds on the Horse-Drawn Wagon! Loading occurs near the main entrance of the NDSF Center.

9:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Raffle Row

Back by popular demand...Raffle Row!

10:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Santa and Mrs. Claus Photo Booth

Bring the Kiddos to stop and say hello to our North Pole visitors! We'll have a volunteer available to snap a family photo on your phone if you'd like.

A crowd -favorite event! Stop by and get your Family Christmas Photo taken by InDak Media!

10:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Follow the Star

One of our favorite FOT events each year is Follow the Star, an interactive Nativity where kids follow the star to five different stations and hear the first Christmas story straight from the characters involved.

And this year, that includes the sheep and donkeys!

We're so excited to share that Barnyard Buddies Petting Zoo LLC will be joining us this year to make Follow the Star a truly magical and memorable experience for kiddos.

In addition to seeing these animals at their stations, some animals will be available to pet.

12:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Dashing Through the Snow: 5k and Fun Run

Avid runner? Family of slow-pokes? It doesn't matter. Dashing Through the Snow is a great experience for everyone! Runners can choose to participate in a traditional 5k Race, OR participate in the Christmas-themed Family Fun Run.

5:00 pm: Dinner and Live Auction

Come bid on beautifully decorated Christmas Trees, Wreaths, Nativity Sets, and many Silent Auction items during our evening event! Dinner is included with your evening ticket. Register Here.
