Join us for The Climb, a FREE community walk and fundraiser dedicated to supporting and raising awareness for Perinatal Mental Health Disorders (PMHD), the most common complication of pregnancy and childbirth. Break the stigma surrounding PMHDs and help make local resources more accessible to parents in need!

Exciting news: Team Raleigh is introducing the Find Your Flock 5K this year! This run honors mothers reclaiming themselves in their new roles. Join us for a stroller-friendly course around NC State University's Centennial campus. Walk, jog, run, or stroll as we unite the Raleigh community to spotlight perinatal mental health!

After the 5K & Climb, stick around for our FREE Family Event! Enjoy food, friends, and fun with kid-friendly games & activities, community vendors, giveaways, and more!

Proceeds from this event benefit Postpartum Support International and the Postpartum Support International (PSI) - North Carolina Chapter. Your support helps provide maternal mental health peer support, professional training on PMH best practices, and connects vital resources to those who need them.
