Start the new year off by getting outdoors with family and friends and experiencing the natural landscape that Delta Heritage Trail offers on a First Day Hike. This is your chance to participate in a nationwide event at Delta Heritage Trail State Park and receive your own participation sticker. Join us at the visitor center for an easy 1-mile guided hike on a gravel surface trail that lasts 45 minutes led by a park interpreter. Wear footwear that you are comfortable hiking in and dress appropriately for the weather. Please bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and insect repellent. Drinking water is available at the visitor center.
