The Fort Bridger Mountain Man Rendezvous is a mountain man rendezvous in celebration of the Fur Trade Rendezvous Era that occurred in the Rocky Mountains between 1825-1840. It is one of the largest mountain man gatherings in the nation.
Fort Bridger Mountain Man Rendezvous, held annually the first weekend of September at Fort Bridger Wyoming, this Mountain Man Rendezvous is an experience your family will be sure to remember for years.

8am: Flag Ceremony at the Flagpole
8am: Church Services
Shepherd of the Vallery, Lutheran Church at the Bandstand
Church of Jesus Christ of Latte-day Saints at the Mormon Wall (There will not be a sacrament meeting)
9am: Youth Only Shoot at the Shooting Range (Youth will shoot for rifle and trader bucks, - youth can only win ONE youth rifle in youth competition)
10am: Hawk and Knife
9 am to 12 pm: Archery Competition at the Archery Range

10 am and 2 pm: Southeast corner of Museum
10:30 am: Child/Parent Egg Cooking Contest at the New Guard House (16 yrs old and younger)
11 am: Lucky Shoot at the Shooting Range
11 am to 4 pm: Primitive Demos at the Bridger Stockade
11 am, 1 pm, 3 pm and 5 pm: Dusty Mocs Dance Troupe-Native American Dancers at the Bandstand
12 pm, 2 pm and 4 pm: Children's Candy Cannon at the Bandstand
12 pm, 2 pm, and 4 pm: Golden Spike Pipe Band they will be Marching around Trader Row
12pm: Cannon Shoot at the Rodeo Grounds
1pm: Combined Shoot at the Shooting Range
2:30 pm: Clothing Contest on the West side of the New Guard House (register at the registration building $5)
2:30pm: Fire Starting Contest at the New Guard House
3pm: Shotgun Shoot at the Shooting Range
5pm: Historical Lecture by Dudley Gardner by the Museum
6pm: Flag Retrieval at the Flagpole
7pm: Council Fire at the Bandstand
