It's a three-day BBQ extravaganza featuring live entertainment from variety of popular artists, a smokin’ food court (including non-BBQ related items), DJ and dance lessons, cantinas (serving up beer, wine and signature drinks), VIP Lounge, Wild Fork BBQ Lounge, country line dancing, local artisans, carnival rides and games, a cool critter show and critter close encounter interactive experience (Sat. and Sun.). Taste and experience firsthand the fiery chicken, pulled pork, tri-tip, pork ribs, sausages... and sides (all available for purchase) that makes barbecue so popular in the USA — all while you enjoy taking an E-picture at the free souvenir photo booth, catch a game at the live sports tent, sing along to all your favorite songs at the karaoke lounge with a live band (Fri. & Sat. night) and more.

Southern California's Premier Country Band. From classic country favorites to modern chart-toppers, Grand Junction boasts an impressive setlist designed to get audiences on their feet who bring a blend of traditional and modern country music to their audiences.
6:30-7:15PM - KLIQ Radio Station with DJ DiYs and DJ XX7
You are guaranteed to have fun. You will learn the basics and how to add freestyle moves to your dancing style.
6:30-10PM - Karaoke Lounge with Live Band - SECOND STAGE
Included in general admission. Join us center stage and become the lead singer of a rocking live band! Everybody should be a rockstar once in their life so come join us and experience a new twist on karaoke.
7:15-8:15PM - Fooz Figthers
