Pilates For All Ages With Mary Montague Of The Poga Method
Join wellness and pilates expert Mary Montague for a weekend of pilates, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for all ages. Discover classes that are built on teaching healthy habits from a young age and that carry into adulthood for a peaceful lifestyle. Gather for Mary's unique group classes and custom private sessions perfect for all guests. Learn a yoga sequence and breathing tools to encourage mindful, focused behavior and practice mat pilates exercises that engage deep core muscles with Mary. This July, Mary will also offer kids-only classes, parent consulting master classes, and everything in between to ensure a wellness-focused family retreat with tangible tips to take home with you.
9:30 - 10:15am: Family Mindful Movement - Join an entertaining mindful movement class created for the whole family. Learn an easy-to-follow yoga sequence, practice mat Pilates exercises and engage in breathwork to encourage mindful, focused behavior. Finish class with a meditation and relaxation experience designed for even the littlest of yogis.

2:30 - 5:30pm: Kid's Camp — We invite children to build inner and outer strength with Wellness Educator, Mary Montague, at this 3-hour daily camp experience. Turn inward, learn that "thoughts become things," build self-confidence and practice skills that last a lifetime. Children will learn yoga postures and sequences, meditation techniques, pilates core strengthening, self-regulatory breathing tools and mindset coaching while adding in games, stories, songs, visualizations, affirmations, creative writing, and partner challenges. Enjoy some adult time with this ‘drop-off camp' offering for your children.

Private Family Sessions — In this private session, Mary will learn your unique preferences for movement and create a class tailored to those goals. From yoga and Pilates, to breathwork and mindfulness, this combination of modalities will build your strength from within and you'll walk away feeling lengthened, grounded and self-empowered. Customized for all ages, 3 years old and older.
