7:15 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.-5K Run/Walk-Registration at Fowler Park near Adeway

8 a.m.-5K Run/Walk begins

8 a.m.-Flag raising by Pavilion

8 a.m. to 11 a.m.- Pancake Breakfast in Pavilion (Fowler Rotary)

9 a.m.-Booth & Food Vendors, Games for all ages, & Bounce Houses open

9 a.m.-Registration for Baby Contest on the stage (35 months & under)

9:30 a.m. Baby Contest begins

10 a.m. to 1 p.m.- Car Meet (Bring your car/truck/bike-meet in the park near softball field)

11 a.m.-Registration for Mr. & Miss Firecracker contest on the stage (3-5 yrs. old)

11:30 a.m. Mr. and Miss Firecracker contest begins

12:45 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.- Cake Walk Near Stage

2 p.m.-Parade will begin on 5th St. near Courthouse & proceed to the park 

2 p.m.- Beer garden opens in park (2pm-11pm) Fowler American Legion

3 p.m. to 4 p.m.- Registration for Washoo Tournament inside beer garden ($20 entry fee)

3:30 p.m.-Hot Dog Eating Contest (Ages 10 & older, near the Stage)

4 p.m.-Washoo Tournament begins in beer garden

4:15 p.m. Pie Bake-off Registration (Free! All Ages near the Stage)

4:30 p.m. Pie Bake-off judging begins

5:15 p.m. Salsa Cook-off Registration (Free! All Ages near the Stage)

5:30 p.m. Salsa Cook-off judging begins (Near Stage)

6 p.m. to 9 p.m.- Live music on stage "CITY LITES" (Variety of hits and classics!) 8 p.m.-Fowler Theater "Duck Race" across the Fowler Park Pond

Dusk- FIREWORKS!! (Approx. 9:45pm in the park)
