First Course:
Sunflower Field Summer Salad
Artisan Spring Mix, Charred Lemon Vinaigrette, Smoked Almonds, Shaved Fennel, Roasted Pears, Goat Cheese Crumbles.

Second Course:
Coffee Rubbed Smoked NY Strip with a Bourbon Espresso Compound Butter
Paired with Lemon Butter Poached Shrimp with a Sunflower Seed Pesto. Accompanied with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and Smoked Brussels Sprouts with Crispy Shallots and Lemon Zest.
