The Freedom Tri is your late season pool swim race!

Join us on August 10th right outside of Springfield, MO for a refreshing swim, scenic country road bike, and a run on the historic Frisco Highline Trail.

- Refreshing Swim - 300yd Pool Swim
- Scenic Rolling Bike - 12 miles
- Rails to Trails Run - 3.1 miles on paved trail

Course Info:

Swim - 300 yards
The swim is a 300yd snake swim in the Willard pool.  Participants will line up in the order of their estimated time and enter the pool every 5-10 seconds.  They will swim down and back in each lane crossing under the rope at the completion of each down and back.  In the final lane, swimmers will swim down and then exit out the 0 depth entry section of the pool and make their way to transition.

Bike - 12 miles
The bike course takes place in the rolling county roads, north of the City of Willard.  This course features a flat outbound leg, with a stair step return leg that will provides a welcome challenge.  Be aware of the downhill off of Fm Rd 44 to Fm Rd 105 as the turn comes up fast.  You can overshoot the turn on Fm Rd 44 if you over estimated your speed (this is not an out of control down hill, but the turn is immediately following the down hill).

Run - 3.1 miles
The run is a flat out and back on the Frisco Highline Trail.  There will be a water station approximately 1 mile into the run that you will see again on your return.
