Lander’s 131st Fremont Toyota Pioneer Days Rodeo will be held July 3 and 4 in Lander as a highlight of Lander’s iconic Pioneer Days events. On July 3 and 4, there will be traditional western rodeo events including bull riding, saddle bronc and men’s and women’s ranch bronc riding, steer wrestling, barrel racing and breakaway, team and mixed team ropings.

On both evenings the ever-popular Indian Relay Races will feature men’s, women’s and youth relay races. Indian Relay teams race bareback at high speed around the track exchanging horses after each lap for exciting rodeo action. Pre-rodeo youth events of mini-bull and steer riding, plus Junior Barrels kick off the evening at 6:30 p.m., followed by 7 p.m. Grand Entry.
