The Frog Hop 5K is a long standing early Spring tradition at Sandy Creek Nature Center.  Race is run on the North Oconee Greenway starting at Sandy Creek Nature Center.  Kids in the 1 Mile Run receive a medal and treats!  Proceeds to to benefit the ongoing programs at Sandy Creek Nature Center.

Schedule:

1:00pm - Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup
2:00pm - Tadpole 1-Mile
2:30pm - Frog Hop 5K
3:30pm - Awards

Course Info:

The 5K course is an out and back along the Oconee River Greenway, starting at Sandy Creek Nature Center, running to College Ave, turning around and coming back to the finish line.  Course is USATF Certified GA17023DJ

Awards:

Unique awards are given to Overall Male / Female, Masters Male/Female and the following Male / Female Age Groups:

5-year age groups:  10 and Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and over

Fun Runners will receive a medal and a goodie bag!
