Celebrate the 4th at Prairie Street: Free All-Day Party | Front Row Fireworks

This year, Rockford’s fireworks are launching from a brand-new spot: the Jefferson Street Bridge. That means Prairie Street Brewing Co. is the best seat in the city. We’re right on the water, directly beneath the show.

We’ll be celebrating the 4th all day. Join us before the parade, listen to live music after, or stop by for a cold one before the fireworks.

What to Expect

Live Music
Ethan Larson performs from 5–9 PM
Soak up the riverside vibes with a full evening of music leading into the fireworks.

Full Menu All Day
Our full brewpub menu is available inside, outside and to-go from 11 am to 10 pm.

Grab & Go Friendly
Downtown Rockford is an Entertainment District, which means you can take your drink to go and enjoy it as you walk around for the parade or along the riverfront. Just ask your server for a to-go cup.

Front Row Fireworks
With fireworks launching from the Jefferson Street Bridge, Prairie Street offers an unbeatable view from the dock. Grab a table on the dock or bring your lawn chair and settle in for the show. Fireworks are scheduled to begin at 9:30 pm.

Yard Games
The north end of our dock will have summertime games to keep you entertained til the fireworks.
