Now in its 18th year, this Festival has established itself as Michigan’s annual tasting event, measured by more than 1,200 wines, beers, ciders and spirits from around the world, along with creations from the area’s finest restaurants. The Vineyard:

Beer City Station:

Located in Exhibit Hall C, you’ll discover why Grand Rapids has been named America’s top beer destination. This year, the Festival celebrates the city’s thriving craft beer culture with a selection that showcases why we’ve been named Beer City USA so many times. Connect with the innovative brewers behind your favorite local brews and explore global craft beverages. Immerse yourself in a diverse world of hundreds of unique brews, ciders, meads, and flavored malt beverages from GR and the world. Enjoy the vibrant local brewing scene as you sample hundreds of unique offerings.

The Barrel Room:

At the back of The Vineyard, explore The Barrel Room, a dedicated space for all things distilled. Showcasing a wide range of spirits from talented Michigan distilleries, you will discover everything from rich, dark bourbons and whiskeys to crisp, clear gins and vodkas. Sample a variety of unique flavor profiles and explore the nuanced world of spirits, from smooth and smoky to bold and complex. The Elite Collection:

Indulge in an elevated tasting experience at the Elite Collection, located in the heart of The Vineyard. This exclusive area features a curated selection of exceptional wines, all earning 90+ point ratings, awards, or a notable reputation among sommeliers. Sample a range of classic and unique varietals from renowned wineries and discover hidden gems you won’t want to miss. Explore a variety of themed tables and savor the pinnacle of winemaking. Pairing Dinners:

Experience the pinnacle of culinary artistry with one of the Festival’s exclusive Pairing Dinners. Savor exquisite, multi-course dishes paired with perfectly complementary wines, beers, or crafted cocktails in these hour-long seated dinners. Engage with the chefs, sommeliers, and mixologists as they discuss their creations and the inspiration behind each pairing.

From live cooking demonstrations to insightful presentations, you’ll learn how to prepare delicious dishes and elevate your kitchen skills. Get up close with the experts, ask your most pressing culinary questions, and maybe even enjoy a sample.

Wine & Spirit Tasting Sessions:

Elevate your festival experience with exclusive beverage Tasting Sessions. This is a rare chance to learn from the experts – skilled sommeliers and mixologists – as they guide you through a curated tasting. You’ll have the opportunity to taste, ask questions, and engage in conversation, helping you expand your palate and deepen your appreciation for your favorite drinks. Each session is a unique and intimate experience, featuring 3-6 samples and lasting approximately 30 minutes. With only 24 seats available per session, you’ll want to arrive early to get your spot. The number of tasting tickets for participation is based on the selection of beverages featured.
