The Great American Brass Band Festival is a Festival that celebrates brass music and is in its 34th year. The Festival happens every June in beautiful downtown Danville, Kentucky. The Festival is a free, family-friendly event. Bands and visitors come from all over the United States and beyond.

The Great American Brass Band Festival is a community event showcasing brass band music through performance and education. The Festival preserves brass band music and explores its cultural influences through a variety of programs and presentations, featuring the best brass musicians in the world.

Schedule:

8:00am: Run for the Brass, Millennium Park
9:00am: Main Stage ( 0 performances begin, Centre College Lawn
11:00am: Main Street Parade (no music on main stage)
12:00pm: Main Stage music resumes, Centre College Lawn
12:30pm Kids Creation Station opens
3:15pm: Picnic setup begins, music on Walnut Street ft. Circle City Sidewalk Stompers
4:30-11:00pm: Great American Picnic
