Join us for our 11th Annual Head for the Cure 5K - San Antonio as we raise funds, awareness, and hope for the San Antonio brain tumor community! Funds raised through this event will locally benefit University Health, Jaxon's Frog Foundtion, Brains for the Cure, and other national brain cancer programs, education, and initiatives.

7 AM - Packet Pick Up & Event Begins! 

7:45 AM - Kids Fun Run - New Time This Year! 

8 AM - 5K Run/Walk Begins 

9:30 AM - Program and Special Recognitions, followed by Race Awards
