Healthy Tennessee is hosting a free Health Fair in Rutherford County! The Health Fair at Grace Church Worship and Community Center in Lavergne. Free health screening for all ages will be available, including blood pressure, height/weight, glucose screenings, well-child checks, and bone/tissue injuries.
