Explore the beauty of Devil’s Den State Park on the 1.5-mile Devil’s Den Trail, a loop that offers some of the park’s most iconic features. The trail is moderate, with some rocky sections and elevation changes, as it goes through lush Ozark woodlands, where you’ll encounter fascinating geological formations and striking natural landmarks.
The trail’s highlights include Twin Falls, a picturesque waterfall that’s especially beautiful after a good rain. Along the route, you’ll also pass the Devil’s Den Cave and Devil’s Icebox, two intriguing geological features that are part of an extensive underground network. While the cave itself is currently closed to protect endangered bat species, you can still enjoy the cool, dark atmosphere of these unique formations from the outside. Located just 30 miles south of Fayetteville, Devil’s Den Trail offers a rewarding escape into nature with captivating scenery and unique geological wonders.
