Hispanic Heritage Festival will be held at Bellevue State Park on Sunday, September 21, 2025. The festival starts at noon and goes until 5 pm, and it's organized by HOY en Delaware.

We will be featuring Hispanic arts, traditional music, dances and food at this family and cultural event. Festival admission is free, there is a park charge by vehicle if not displaying the 2025 annual Delaware State Park pass of $4 for Delaware registered vehicles and $8 for out of state vehicles. The event will be celebrated rain or shine.
