Becoming: A Comedy Mind Reading Experience
After 15+ years working in the corporate world at Google, Disney, and Amazon, I turned 40 and made a life-changing decision: to finally pursue the dream I’ve had since I was a kid. I walked away from the 9-to-5 to create unforgettable experiences through comedy, theater, and mind-reading.
During the pandemic, I rediscovered my love of magic specifically mentalismn and everything clicked. I’d found the perfect intersection of what I love: comedy, theater, music, character work, and audience connection. Becoming is the culmination of that journey the show I’ve always dreamed of making, and finally found the courage to create.
This 45-minute show blends mind-reading, sketch comedy, audience interaction, original comedic songs, and heartfelt storytelling across six distinct segments. It’s not your typical mentalism show. It’s playful, personal, and shaped by my background in improv, sketch, songwriting, and storytelling.
At its core, Becoming is about transformation about identity, dreams, and navigating the messiness of change. But this show isn’t about me.
It’s about you.
