Welcome to the electrifying kickoff of the Home Rule Music Festival on June 22, 2024, at The Parks at Walter Reed in Washington, DC!

Join us in celebrating the legendary jazz saxophonist Gary Bartz, alongside the dynamic performances of Black Alley and the legendary Rare Essence.
