The Village Of Scotia Today Unveiled the Details of Its Much-Anticipated Independence Day Fireworks Tradition.The Event Features Many Beloved Traditions, Including A Free Concert by the Band Soul Provider On The Freedom Park Stage, A Captivating Water Ski Show By The Electric City Water Ski Show Team, And The Annual Fireworks Show Presented By Jumpin’ Jack’s Drive-In. Village Of Scotia Board Of Trustees Are Thrilled To Welcome Everyone To Collins Park For What Promises To Be An Incredible Independence Day Celebration. The Community Stepped Up In a Big Way,Allowing Us To Introduce Exciting New Activities That Will Bring The Community Together To Make Memories. Highlights Of The New Expanded Activities Include A Second Stage Provided By Schenectady County Events, Living History Exhibits And Reenactments By The Recreated Second Albany Co. Militia, And A Kid Zone Featuring Games And Activities By Local Youth-Serving Organizations.

Schedule:

4:00pm :the Schenectady Liberty Flag raising and a Schenectady Committee of Correspondence meeting, Musket and cannon
drills are scheduled throughout the day, and guests can learn how to write with a quill.

5:00pm :The Broke Down, known for their fun, funky, and eclectic style, will kick off the entertainment on the Schenectady
County Stage at with a variety of classic rock tunes sure to entertain.

7:00pm: Water Ski Show

8:00 pm: Freedom Park concert

9:10 pm: Fireworks
