The Jackson County Fair takes place traditionally during the 3rd week of October.  It is eight straight days of spinning rides, livestock exhibits, live entertainment, local vendors, and gumbo.

Last Day of Exhibits (Arts, Civic Center, Barn)
11:00 a.m: All Rides Open
1:00 p.m: Livestock Show in Barn
4-H Livestock Auction - immediately after Livestock Show
