The 2025 Jackson County Fair is packed with excitement for all ages!

Schedule:

6:00 am - 8:00 pm: Livestock Entry Day - Livestock Barns

- All livestock Must be in place by 8:00 pm
-Refer to the following livestock check-in times for ID verification and vet checks per species: Required - Livestock check-in times

Beef including New Vision: 6 - 8 P.M.
Dairy: 10 A.M. - 2 P.M.
Goat: 10 A.M -1 P.M.
Horse: Monday (if early check-in 6 - 8 P.M.) Tuesday, 8 A.M. - 12 P.M. or by appointment.
Poultry: 10 A.M - 2 P.M.
Rabbit - caged by 2 P.M The ID will start at 2:30 P.M.
Sheep: 1 - 3 P.M.
Swine will be on Wed. July 30 at 3 P.M. 
Prospect Calves: 7 A.M Thursday

8:00 am- 12:00 pm: Horse warm-ups/practice - Horse Arena

9:00 am: 4-H Kid's Medallion Hunt
-Clues will be released daily at 9:00 a.m. until the Medallion is found. 

9:00 am - 7:00 pm: 4-H Blue Building - Closed to public - Blue Building
(this is so 4-H volunteers can place ribbons and arrange the displays before the Reveal)

10:00 am: Exhibitions - Sundown Showdown Barrel Racing

10:00 am - 8:00 pm: Children's Barnyard

Noon - 9:00 pm: Open Class Building Open

11:00-1:00 pm: Crafts - Senior Citizen Bldg by Good Samaritan

Noon - 8:00 pm: Inflatables & Games

12:00 pm-3;00 pm: Livestock Interviews - Olson Pavilion

1:00 pm: Barrel Racing - Open Early Session - 5D Barrel Racing

1:00 pm - 12:30 am: BARnyard Open

2:00 pm - 8:00 pm: Balloons by Kevin Lindh - Fair Village

3:00 pm - 8:00 pm: General Store Open

3:00 pm - 8:00 pm: Train Depot - Toy Train Display - Fair Village

3:30 pm: Livestock Demonstration Judging - Olson Pavilion

3:30 pm - 6:30 pm: Lion's Bingo Stand Open

4:30 pm: JBRS 3D Pole Bending - Sundown Showdown 

5:15 pm: Whole County Picture - Olson Pavilion 
-All Jackson County 4-H'ers wear your REA shirt or a 4-H themed shirt

5:30 pm: 4-H Winner's Circle, 4-H Performing Arts Presentations, & Farm Family Presentation - Olson Pavilion
-REA T-Shirts must be warn for non-auction participants to receive $10

5:30 pm: PeeWee 2D Barrel Racing - Sundown Showdown Barrel Racing

5:30-7:00 pm: Ladies Lion's Bingo in the BARnyard

6:00 pm: 18U Youth 4D Barrel Racing - Sundown Showdown Barrel Racing

7:00 pm: Kid's Tractor Pull - registration 6:30 p.m. Ages 4-11 yrs

7:00 pm: 4-H Project and Placings revealed - Blue Building
 
7:00 & 7:30 pm: Intro & National Anthem at 7 & H&D Uncerground Slot Race - Sundown Showdown Barrel Racing

8:30 pm: Barrel Racing - Open 5D Late Session

Heser & Frodermann Memorial Race - Motorplex
