Great changes for the Junction Jamboree Jog. This year this race will offer a 5K, 10K and 10-Miler. The 10K and 10-Miler are out and back courses on the Firefly Trail. The proceeds will go to improvement projects in Union Point, including the Southern Terminus of the Firefly Trail. These are the final races in the 2025 Firefly Trail Race Series.
New for 2025 we are offering 3 distances. All distances start and finish on Veazey street in front of the old school building. You may only register for one race. All races start at the same time.
Schedule:
7:30AM - Race Day Registration and Packet PickUp
8:30AM -Junction Jamboree Jog 5K, 10K and 10-Miler Start
9:30AM -5K Awards
10K and 10-Miler may pick up your awards as you finish your race.
The Firefly Race Series t-shirts and end of series give away will be available at this race.
Course Information:
All 3 races will start at the same time in front of the old school building on Veazey Street, run down to the Firefly Trail. The 10K and 10-Miler will run to a turn around cone on the Firefly Trail and return to the school along the same path.
The 5K will run on the Firefly Trail to Hwy 44 and return to Veazey Street through local streets and neighborhoods.

Awards are given in all 3 races to Overall Male / Female, Masters Male/Female and the following
10-year age groups: 10 and Under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and Over
