A Face Painting - El Mercadito

Experience the vibrant artistry of Jely, the creative force behind Colory Faces, as she offers complimentary face painting for all ages at the Latino Arts Festival. Known for her professional, bilingual (English and Spanish) face painting services, Jely brings joy and color to every event she attends. Don't miss this opportunity to add a splash of color to your festival experience!

Flash Tattoos - El Mercadito

Stephanie Blanco creates small tattoos that celebrate the richness of Latin culture. She offers a variety of designs (flash) that include inspiring phrases, beautiful flowers, and much more. These tattoos are a unique way to adorn the skin and pay tribute to our cultural heritage!

Piñata Workshop - El Mercadito

Clara Amezcua will be teaching attendees at her booth in El Mercadito how to make piñatas while supplies last. This is a fun and creative activity for all ages, where participants will learn traditional techniques to create their own piñatas. No prior experience is required, and at the end of the activity, you’ll be able to take your creation home! Come and enjoy this colorful and joyful experience!

Relief Printing Workshop - El Mercadito

Discover the art of relief printing with artist Ivan Ortega at his booth! Join us to learn the fundamentals of this exciting technique using styrofoam, ink, and paper. Maria Gervacio will be demonstrating to festival attendees how to create beautiful flowers made from corn husks at her booth.
