We'll be back at the Palmieri Activities Center (PAC) on the Mount St. Mary’s campus again this year!
This is a prediction race, so participants may not wear watches. Leave 'em in your car, your gym bag, or at home. The winner is the runner who runs closest to their predicted time. Note: FSRC Grand Prix results will be based on actual finish time.
Course: The Lewis Run is the early season race that we love to hate. Prizes go to the closest predicted time and front runners receive our admiration and a hearty slap on the back. The course is mostly paved but REALLY HILLY! There is about a one-mile section of unpaved road.
Time Limit: In order to do awards in a timely fashion and get the volunteers out of the cold, there is a 2:30 time limit for this event. That equates to a fairly generous 15 min/mile, but it's not an event for walkers.
