Join us for the Lifescape 4th of July Classic Run/Walk. This race is in memory of Joe Marino and his contributions to Rockford's 4th of July celebration and to our community.

The Lifescape 4th of July Classic Run/Walk is a race for the ages! This is a race for you - whether you're an experienced runner, joining your first race, or you're interested in a fun family event. This race is a wonderful way to celebrate our nation and support Lifescape. Racers have the choice of participating in an 8k or 2-mile run, or a 1-mile family fun walk.

All racers will receive race swag, including finisher medals, stylish one of a kind race T-shirts, and breakfast! After the race, all participants are invited to make the short walk to the Downtown Rockford City Pavilion (where City Market is held) for our Post Race Breakfast and Celebration! We will have breakfast foods, music, and an awards ceremony.

For decades, Lifescape has been committed to serving our area's older adults, their families, and caregivers through our programs and services, including Meals on Wheels, Senior Choice, and Senior Mental Health Programs, Transportation Services, Adult Protective Services, Adult Day Program, Health & Wellness Services, AmeriCorps Seniors Retired Seniors Volunteer Program, and Comprehensive Care Coordination.

All proceeds benefit Lifescape's programs and services.
