The 49th Outdoor Arts & Craft Festival sponsored by the Optimistic Club of Lockport. 

The Optimist Club of Lockport will be sponsoring its 49th annual Lockport Outdoor Arts & Craft Festival on Main St.  Artists & Craftsmen will have an opportunity for prizes & awards.  The festival attracts 20-25,000 people over the two day period.  All proceeds from the show go to support Youth Activities in the Lockport Area.
