Lace up your running shoes, grab a friend, and hit the trails with us for a good cause! The Alaska Nurses Association is thrilled to host our 8th Annual LOVE A NURSE 5K. Choose to join us in-person at Goose Lake Park or register for our virtual 5K!
Join us at Goose Lake Park at 10 AM on Saturday, May 11th for a run through Anchorages' lovely, wooded trails! The Love a Nurse 5K is family-friendly and open to the entire community. We offer both timed and untimed registration options -- perfect for competitive runners and casual walkers alike.
As part of the festivities, we’ll have a Zumba warm-up, yoga cool down, yummy snacks, raffle prizes, and more! We'll also be raising money for the Foundation for Alaska Nurses. Be sure to invite your family and friends (you can even sign up as a team!)
All participants will receive the official 2024 Love a Nurse 5K t-shirt. This year’s design features a new & improved moisture-wicking tee available in youth, ladies, and adult unisex sizes.
