Saturday, February 22 boasts a day of activities to fight the winter blues, including:

- The Richard Rourke Memorial Soup Competition, at 12:00 PM
- Live music in the Enterprise Bank Music Tent, beginning at 12:00 PM
- The Experience Lowell Arts Market, produced by Mosaic Lowell, from 12:00-7:00 PM
- St. Anne’s Chocolate Festival from 11:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Fire sculptures on Palmer Street
- Live ice sculpture carving on Palmer Street
- The 3rd annual WinterFest Scavenger Hunt, all day
- Mosaic Lowell’s Youth Mural Competition with voting open all day
