This Festival was designed to bring  family, friends and community together. It started as a small community event, and has grown over the years to reach out to all the counties and states to enjoy what the Lower Richland Festival has to offer. 

The Festival is also designed to cater to all ages.  Entertainment includes a parade starting at 11am, praise dancers, step team, drum line, health fair, live band, arts & craft games, music, carnival rides and more.

Our Emcee will be the great Curtis Wilson again this year along with talented performers and musicians.

We look forward to a great time with friends and family so bring your lawn chairs.
