Instructor Kimberli Reynolds will cover OSHA recordkeeping requirements and guide participants through completing Forms 300, 300A, and 301 for reporting occupational injuries and illnesses.

Instructor Michael Smart will explore how safety leaders can effectively demonstrate their commitment to safety through actions, not just words. The course emphasizes leading by example, engaging in training and drills, promoting open communication, and fostering accountability. Safety leaders will learn how to build trust and credibility within their teams by embodying safety principles and continuously improving safety practices.
