Makin' Macon Fit is a family fitness festival that is held in Lafayette TN every fall for the past 29 years! We offer a variety of activities for everyone in the family to enjoy, a health fair with vendors passing out lots of information about health living, friendly competition and prizes and giveaways at the end of the day...along with the standard trophies of course! We are supported completely by volunteers and promote a healthier lifestyle and encourage physical activity. This event supports Macon County schools, teachers, scholarships and community programs. Due to our wonderful volunteers, we are able to take the money raised and donate it directly to our local education programs!
